Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Here you will find quick answers to the most common organizational and medical questions regarding our practice routines.

Yes, we warmly welcome new patients to our general practice! Please call us to schedule your first appointment and mention briefly that you are new to us. This allows us to plan enough time to get to know you.

Please be sure to bring your electronic health card (insurance card) and your vaccination record to your first visit. If available, current doctor or hospital reports, lab results, and a current medication plan are also very helpful to us.

Generally, yes. In cases of acute, sudden illness (e.g., severe pain or high fever), you can visit the practice spontaneously. However, we urgently ask that you call us briefly beforehand. This allows us to give you a suitable time and avoid long waiting times for all patients.

As an existing patient, you can conveniently pre-order long-term medication by phone or email. Since the introduction of the e-prescription, we save the prescription digitally. You can usually pick up your medication from the next working day at any pharmacy simply by presenting your health card. Important: Your insurance card must have been scanned at our practice once in the current quarter!

After the medical examination, we transmit your certificate of incapacity for work (eAU) directly to your health insurance company electronically. You will no longer receive a "yellow slip" from us. Simply inform your employer about your sick leave – they will then retrieve the certificate digitally from your health insurance company.

Blood tests generally take place in the morning by 10:00 AM at the latest, as the samples must be sent to our laboratory on time. Please clarify with the doctor beforehand whether you need to arrive "fasting" for your specific blood test (i.e., do not eat beforehand and only drink water).
